Lush | Shoot For The Stars Bath Bomb ☼

eeeee how cute, how cute. I'm one of the biggest fans of lush products, not even joking. This year i only picked up a few things when all their christmassy stuff started coming out as i always intended on waiting and getting my but into town on boxing day to grab some stuff, i literally did grab stuff. I walked away with lots and lots, this being one of the things. I did pick up a half price gift set which contained this and an odd one however, i do regret not getting more as i honestly adored the shoot for the stars bath bomb, very much. I adore my baths and bath times are for me, the most relaxing things when i'm down or run down i love nothing more so adding a lush bath bomb or a bath melt, or even a soap - is just lovely.

Lush| Shoot For The Stars Bath Bomb - linkhere |

If you're like me, you'd understand this. When actually using your limited addition bits and pieces from lush or even their everyday line you kinda have two feelings, 1 - sad, 2 - happy. I was very reluctant to use this as it was all i had left, the last one left. So, now i'm sad until next year. Anyways, as you can see from the above picture it's ahhhhmazing. It explodes in the bath leaving you feeling like a blimming mermaid, well me anyway. Pinks, purples, blues just appeared from outta nowhere - it's lovely and mesmerizing. But once Shoot For The Stars has finished fizzing away in your bath tub you're left with deep indigo blue water and soft subtle sparkles, just like the sky. The smell, as usual is delish. Brazilian orange runs throughout this and it's so mmmm! - i looved it, a lot and honey i washed the kids soap is now on my wishlist.

what the experts have to say, over to you lush - This one's for all you star gazers out there, creating a magnificent bath with swirling lustres and beautiful colors. As various and enchanting as the night sky. A bewitching bath swirling with colours as magical as the starry night, this bath bomb has the same comforting honey-toffee fragrance as our Honey I Washed the Kids soap.

Did you use this or pick up other christmassy items?

Product Review | Benefit Hervana Blush ♥

Benefit | Hervana | £23.50

I've always been the biggest fan of benefit cosmetics and their products, i've owned a few things from them but still wanting, ahem.. lusting over other products that they've to offer. This being one of them, i absolutely love their box blushers/bronzers and powders whenever i'm in boots or cavendish house in my town, i'll always have a play about - i've wanted coralista and dandelion for the longest time, i look and add them to my ever growing make up list stored in my brain, notebooks and phone - oops.

Hervana, is one of these products for me - you'll know what i'm talking about as we're all the same, and we've all done this. When you want something, but don't buy it or get it - just me? probably. But why, do we do this to our self ha i think it must have something to do with this price factor, as it's not on the grand scheme of things mega mega expensive that you're thinking - oooo i can't do it - but at the same time it's not cheap, not exactly. But i did add this little guy on my christmas list, below and behold my lovely, boyfriend - carl. Picked it up for me, bless him when i think of him going into there and looking for it, it makes me wanna shred a tear as this for guys is a nightmare, stop. rambling. Amy.

Since i recieved this, i've played about and worn this as much as i can. I've used this as an all over face powder for a dash of color, as an highlight and obviously as a blush - it works for all three as it's very subtle - which brings me on to if you're darker skin toned or well, not as pale as me then i'd feel you'd better suit something like coralista as this is mega subtle but if you don't mind the hassle of building and adding more then go for it.. it's a lovely pick. It's an interesting product and obviously different from their other blushers as it's a swirl of colors which are a berry, cream, pink and peach shades, they all blend together gorgeously to leave a natural flush of color to the cheeks making this little guy the perfect everyday blush with a lovely matte finish it's not chalky and definatley build-able if you'd prefer this to show up more than it does when first applied.

As with all Benefit's boxed powders - Hervana comes with a brush and a mirror and a flip lid that is magnetic, it's very sturdy but obviously prone to getting messed up in your make up bag as this is paper packaging. I personally don't think it's all that bad, it's cute and very chic and girlie. It also has a scent to this particular product and it smells delish, which draws me into using it even more! I'm very very keen on trying some other box powders they have - do you have any recommendations?

What the experts have to say - benefit cosmetics: “Swirl on this orchid-blossom blush for a heavenly flush of enlightenment! These four shades—lucky shell, divine peach, heavenly rose and berry delight—blend together perfectly to lift your look to cloud 9.”

                                                  Have you used this?
                                                           Talk soon! xoxo

Haul | Topshop Make Up Splurge ♥

Evening sweets! - waves at you all with great force, i look like a right moron. I hope you're well and had a fab start to the week and enjoyed the weekend, i know most will be looking forward to that right? I just wanted to say i'm sorry for the lack of posts - i've been ridiculously busy, the busiest of bees. It's all fabulous stuff happing but it's been so much that it's making me feel somewhat run down, but alas. I'm here with a new post, i finally got my little hands on some topshop make up.. i wanted it all, - i have a list. But here's what i picked up below. I wondered in there with the hope of finding a gorge cream blush as i've seen how raved about they're and how raved the lipsticks are.

From left - right. * Blushes in Morning Dew and Head Over Heels. * Lips in Rio Rio and Beguilded.

Now, i'm not one for an every day dark lip - if you knew me in the flesh you'd see this. But lately - i hope this stays as i full on intend on embracing this love i have for dark/neon/ bright lips. I wanted to own a deep plumy, vampy - gothy lipstick for a while now, i've looked about and nothing's really taking my fancy or caught my eye enough to buy. When i saw This lipstick - beguilded. I instantly loved it, it's right up my street it's dark, plumy - purpley and it's fricken gorgeous on. I have seen many the lady loving this so i thought i'd see what the fuss about, firstly. I wish i brought more, secondly, why didn't i buy more and thirdly, the lipsticks are so glossy and gorgeous on! It's a constant fight at the moment in which one to wear, so i'm wearing one - one day and the other the next day ha - like my thinking? ;)

The second lipstick i opted for was 'Rio Rio' It's a beautiful red lipstick, again. I do love a red lip but i don't often wear this on an every day basis so i wanted a new one for this very reason, i lifted this up, popped off the lid and did a few swatches. It's again, really sheeny almost like you've applied a gloss on top. I feel like it has an organey under-tone too? Which i loved even more as red nails are my most worn and the reds i enjoy more are the ones with an orange undertone, yays. Again, been wearing the absolute death out of this lipstick and i'm sure i will contuine to do as i loves! both of these, and it's perrrrrrrrfect for every day!

Then i also opted for some cream blushes, now - i don't own that many blushes - slap me. I intend on building my collection. I think i prefer a cream blush as the finish is clean, natural and gorgeous. They blend lovely and don't look harsh, i did own a blimming gorgeous one from nars over the summer called 'penny lane' - how badly do you wanna sing along to beatles right now? i always did when i applied it. It was peachy, gorgeous and looked lush on my tanned skin - sadly, it's no more :( When i saw these two colors, granted above ^ they'll look very similar, in fact they are. ' Head over heels' Is a peachy-ish shade and 'Morning Dew' Is more a pinky blush, but they're both gorgeous - again, one worn one day and the other another day ha.

I can't get enough of these products, and i wanted to rave about them and show you what i've picked up. If you've any recommendations please pop them below, as i'd looove to try out some more of their bits! Have you picked up anything from Topshop? ♥ talk soon xxxxxx

Someday Summary | Thursday ♥

happy late morning - ish? loverlys, i just feel the need to have a rant, find somewhere to rant. I really like these someday summarys - i've seen a few floating about and it's quite nice to sit down and have a jolly old ramble, ramble. I do hope that's okay, don't threat i'll resume back to my beauty ways later on this eve.

So much is happing right now - it's pretty mental if i'm honest, life isn't on the slow lane for me at this current moment and i'm trying my best to keep my little size 5 feet on the ground. I need to keep myself positive as all of these are jolly, in fact bloody good things! ♥

I have shin-splints right now and it isn't very nice at all, it's very painful but i think i'm over the worst - as much as i'd love to be at work, earning and saving towards my future it's also very nice to sit in bed, wrapped up with a coco and have a real good feel good film in the dvd player - dvd player? Xbox Amy, we're not in 2009 anymore, silly. After being signed off for another week  strict doctors orders i'm feeling somewhat well - meh.

This is a little list of all the lovely, good, postive and amazing things in my life that i need to smile about and keep postive about - a note to my self that, even if i feel tired, slowed down that it'll all be worth it ♥
1 - i'm starting a new job.
2  - i'm learning to drive / ride a motorcycle.
3  - i have time to relax, heal up my shin and enjoy some much needed 'me time'
4 - i have the most lovely, amazing supportive boyfriend, who is there no matter what and is also my best bud!
5 - College, education - fulfil dream/ambition to work with children.
6 - My grandad is incredible, buying me a bike and always being there, all the time.

Phewwwwwwwww, i must admit i'm full of positive energy, yippee. But having a life strain of anxiety/panic attacks it does take a long term effect on you, personally. -  I find myself always sweating the small stuff and worrying far to much, more than anyone should. I'm just so thankfull to have a fab boyfriend who tells me to stop this, or reminds me of the good and i soon forget about the bad.

Happy Thursday, sweets. I hope you have a loverrrrrrrly day ♥
I'll be back later with a beauty post, bye bye for no.
                                                              mwahhhhh xoxo

Review | Soap & Glory - Butter Yourself

£10.50 -  butter-yourself

Eveeeening fellow beauty fanatics and beaut obsessed-ives.

Firstly, let's address this packaging, you've gone and done it again haven't you soap and glory. I received this at christmas and i haven't put him down - him? For the purpose of me addressing him as a he, we'll pretend his name is bob. The bright pink, yellow and grey all compliment each-other, so very girlie aren't we just.

I friggen love this, so so much. I can't even express how good this has made my skin feel. Now, this might shock you i don't know if it will. - i'm not a fan of the righteous butter, i find it sits on my skin, takes a year to soak into my skin and i feel sticky - now i'm quite impatience i like things to happen quickly etc, so it's a bit of a bore. Usually, i'm very naughty and it takes me ages to work through products as i like to move onto other-things very, well quickly. Huge tubs of moisturizer scare me quite a bit as i think, aaaagh i'm never going to use all this, never. It's very very rare i find something like that, that i'll immediately think i really wanna use this or keep using it, but i have been near enough every night! yay for me.

The smell, i love too. As it's different from the typical soap & glory smell. Now, don't get me wrong i do love that smell but i don't like the righteous butter smell, at all. You could argue and say, no they're the same smells, scents and it runs through a lot of their products, i'd agree it does, i don't know if just me but i feel this is different, well i think it is, it's shea butter and orange water juice, but on the lid it says it contains five - fruits which will be why it smells different, fresh and fruity and i loove that. I happen to suffer with extremely, that's probably an understatement - dry knees. Sucks. Yes, i have started taking up exfoliating twice - three times a week which has helped but so has this, it's my wonder product. This little baby contains exfoliating AHA's - which come from milk or plants. That'll be why, eh ;)

This product, as you can see is just a thick - ish cream, which i think makes me like it more as a cream soaks into your skin, effortless in no time at all. Leaves you feeling silky, and moisturized. I can't quite fathom or put into words just how much i love this, after a soaky-woaky, um? - in the tub, or a shower i'l dry off and reach for this and apply apply apply, it's even fabulous before a night out with the ladies as it leaves you with that dewy, radiance, healthy glow. And, if you see - you'd see i've used an awful amount of this, which is good - of course. But i'm glad you can't see my finger marks hahaha.

Definite, win in my book - oh! It's love. - i'll be sure to repurchase.

Have you tried this? If so, do you love it as much as i do? Would you re purchase/plan too?

Bye bye sweeties xo.
